In 2015, I published my first novel, Friendly Fire. It’s fiction, but it’s set in the community where I grew up and still live, and explores the very real problem of violence against women. Darby, the main character, is sort of a reluctant detective, tasked with finding her aunt’s killer...
whether she really wants to know or not.
My second novel, All That's Left, launched in May 2024 with NeWest Press. It picks up where Friendly Fire ended, as Darby launches her career in the music business and tries to rebuild a life shattered by trauma.
I’m a senior editor at GlacierFarm media, currently working with the editorial teams at Country Guide and Canadian Cattlemen magazines. Both publications have a long history of serving strong editorial to farmers and ranchers from across the country, and I'm proud to be at the helm.
